Maybiu is an AI dating coach that talks like a friend. If you need help with setup or billing, you’re in the right place.

Free vs. Premium

• Free: limited daily coaching and replies for testing core features.

• Premium: unlimited coaching & chat, faster responses, priority support.

  Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Manage Subscription (iOS)

• On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Maybiu → Cancel/Manage

• Or open the App Store → account photo → Subscriptions

  Changes take effect at the end of the current period.

Subscription Recognition (Restore)

If you switch devices or reinstall, your subscription is recognized automatically when you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.

Open the app and wait up to 1–2 minutes. If Premium doesn’t appear, restart the app. Still no luck? Email [email protected] with a receipt screenshot.

Billing & Refunds

All billing is handled by Apple. For refunds, request via Report a Problem:

Troubleshooting

• Purchased but no Premium: confirm the same Apple ID, then restart (or sign out/in).
• Payment failed: (iOS system) check Settings → [your name] → Payment & Shipping.
• App issues: update Maybiu and iOS to the latest version.

Manage/Cancel: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Maybiu. Changes take effect at the end of the current period.
